Hello There,
Thank you for taking a look at my Blog! First, a bit about me! My name is Michelle and I’ve been married to my husband Brad for 26 years. We have three kids which we are super proud of! Allison is 22 and teaches 4th grade in Virginia; David is 20 and is a Junior in college; Erin is 18 and finishing up her Senior year in High School.
Over the years, our life together has been defined by our commitment to each other and a close-knit family. Whether we are talking about Brad’s family on the West Coast, my family on the East coast, our friends who are like family to us, or my students and their families – our time spent with these people defines who we are. Through them and for them I have developed a love of cooking; of travel, and quite simply, of celebrating! Whether doing these things with my immediate family, our extended family or our friends who are like family, all three of these things give me a great deal of satisfaction.
What I’ve come to realize over the years is that it’s really not the big moments that define us, but rather the small simple stuff. It’s the little things that can make a big difference. Through this blog, I hope to share some of my “simple stuff” with you … my love of cooking, celebrating, family and travel.
